Make new access point.. connection name: ceproxy apn: internet ip: 127.0.0.1 port: 1234 ceproxy settings go to settings>connection listen to port: 1234 http proxy host: 80.239.242.49 http proxy port: 80 then option and save go to settings>tweaks
